FALL 2026 ¡ A POWERHOUSE CHALLENGE
 THE FEARLESS 21
21 Days to Build the Outreach Muscle That Books Work
A 21-day challenge for actors who are done waiting to be discovered and ready to start picking up the phone.
You know what separates actors who book consistently from actors who stay stuck?
Itâs not talent. Itâs not luck. Itâs not even who you know (yet).
Itâs the willingness to pick up the phone, send the email, walk up to someone at an event, and say âHey, Iâd love to work together.â
Most actors know they should be doing more outreach. More follow-ups. More relationship building. But fear, perfectionism, and overthinking keep them stuck in what I call âpaper-pushing modeâ (tweaking the reel, updating the headshot, scrolling casting sites) instead of doing the work that actually creates opportunities.
The Fearless 21 is designed to break that pattern.
For 21 days in October 2026, youâll commit to making real, outward-facing power moves every single day. Phone calls. Emails. In-person meetings. Follow-ups. Representation outreach. The kind of action that builds relationships, creates momentum, and changes careers.
This challenge was born from a conversation with Lee Friedlander, a top Hollywood producer who has produced for networks like Lifetime, Hallmark, and major episodic television. Lee joined our community for a candid session on how she built her career, and her philosophy is refreshingly simple: stop overthinking it and just make the call.
She told us about cold-calling Tom Cruiseâs production company, researching every episode of a show five times before pitching herself to direct it, and reaching out to people even when it felt like a long shot. She talked about how she still gets nervous before hitting send on certain emails. And she reminded us that nobody is going to remember you unless you keep showing up.
âDonât be scared to reach out. Thatâs the job.â
â Lee Friedlander
The Fearless 21 takes Leeâs philosophy and turns it into a structured, supported, 21-day practice. Her principles are distilled into the Fearless Outreach Playbook, included in your challenge materials.

What Came Out of the Last Round
Real results from real actors, told in their own words on our free class panel.
For the first time, I have truly felt in charge of the direction of my career.
Shelly, who did one power move a day, the smallest tier, and got a response to every single reachout she sent.
The five-year email.
Elise avoided one email to a casting director at an audiobook company for five years, convinced he didn’t want to hear from her. His actual reply: “I’m so glad you reached out.” It turned into an audition she booked, a hire as a coach for his company, an invitation to direct, and a new relationship. Four wins from one send.
The unasked-for referral.
Demetra sent one genuine message a day. A casting director she’d reached out to referred her to a manager, completely unprompted. She wasn’t even looking for one.
“I didn’t die.”
Corrie made the first cold call of her entire career (that’s her full review of it). She did 14 of the 21 days, reconnected with directors she’d worked with, and the sound mixer she’d just reached out to happened to be in town the exact day her 48-hour film project needed him.
No perfect conditions required.
Tashi did all 21 days during the busiest season of her life. The returns kept arriving for months: an audiobook producer, a virtual tea with a director she admires, and a casting director who told her she’d keep her in mind.
The projects that find you.
Sage reconnected with a screenwriter, who is now attaching a producer to a film he wants her to star in. A family friend agreed to finance her short film. And she cold-called an A-list actor’s production company and left the voicemail, which is the muscle this whole challenge builds.
The clearest review of any challenge is whether people do it twice. From our alumni, unprompted, in the class chat:
“Yes! I will definitely be doing it again!”·“I’ll be back to do it with you all again too! Cannot wait!”·“Can’t wait to participate in the challenge again with everyone who’s in!”
Bring Your Friends Along for the Ride
When you register, youâll get a link to share the Challenge with your actor friends. You'll earn money and prizes, and help us grow this movement. You can start building your outreach muscle right away.
Because outreach is easier when someoneâs doing it with you.
When does the challenge start?
What if Iâm brand new to the industry and donât have anyone to reach out to?
What if Iâm already established and have representation?
What counts as a power move?
Can I switch tiers during the challenge?
How can I earn money and prizes by doing this?
Is this connected to The Table coaching community?
What if I miss a day?
Want to see the whole process before you enroll?
I taught a free one-hour class called 21 Days to Wanted that walks through exactly how this works: the four stages between invisible and wanted, and the actors you just read about telling their stories on camera. It’s streaming free for a limited time.
Watch it, and come back when you’re ready. This page will be here.
