Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We here at The Table want to guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work to ensure that you're happy with your membership on an ongoing basis. However, we understand if you decide that the program is not the right fit or the right timing for you after all. Please refresh yourself on our Refund and Cancellation policy below (as stated in our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when joining The Table), so you know what to expect if you request a refund or cancellation.

 

For Monthly Members of The Table

When you start a monthly plan, you have within 10 days of initial purchase to try the program and request a refund if you find the program is not a fit for your needs. A refund will also cancel your membership.

No refunds on monthly memberships after the initial 10 day period please. The monthly membership requires a 3 month commitment. After your 3 month commitment is complete, you can cancel anytime, and you will not be billed again. Simply notify us three (3) business days before your billing date so we have time to process your cancellation.

 

For Annual Members of the Table

If you're on an annual plan, you have within 30 days of initial purchase to try the program and request a refund if you find The Table is not a fit for your needs. We simply ask that you send our support team your completed workbooks from THREE of the Stage 1 (Ownership) lessons that you completed, as a good faith indication that you actually tried the program.

Please note that a refund will also cancel your membership.

We will notify you before you are billed for year two. That way, you can decide whether you want to continue yearly, or transition to the current monthly rate.

Annual members who joined The Table September 2022 or later will be automatically converted to a monthly membership after their first year is complete.

If you wish to cancel your yearly membership, please notify us three (3) business days before your billing date so we have time to process your cancellation.
